From founding Brandit to leading IT teams at Redwood, to now managing 12+ websites as a freelancer — my journey has been all about learning, building, and connecting with amazing people.
I'm a 24-year-old junior developer with a passion for technology, entrepreneurship, and creative projects. I studied Software Development at Scalda and have been actively building web applications and digital solutions ever since.
As a person, I'm spontaneous, enthusiastic, and I love talking with people (sometimes maybe a bit too much 😄). I find it important that the people around me are happy and that we work together as a team to create beautiful things.
My adventure began with my own company Brandit, which I founded together with Luuk van Hage and Thomas Neele. We wanted to build a digital agency that distributed projects among young talents.
Although this project ultimately didn't take off, I learned enormously from it about teamwork, client contact, and entrepreneurship. These lessons became the foundation for everything that followed.
After Brandit, our team was acquired by Redwood, where I got the role of head of the IT team. There, I essentially worked as a product owner: doing code reviews, maintaining quality, and collaborating on the new website for a hedge fund.
We also developed a MetaTrader bot that averaged 2-3% profit per test phase. My task was to ensure the code was understandable for all developers and that the strategy was properly translated into code.
Unfortunately, the project stopped in 2025 due to internal company issues, but this experience taught me valuable lessons about leadership and technical project management.
After Redwood, I continued as a freelancer and worked on various projects for amazing clients:

After this, I acquired BeterBedrijf for client management and currently manage 12 websites and applications.
Lately, I've noticed that I miss leading a team. I'm looking for a new challenge where I can further develop my technical skills and collaborate with others on cool projects.
Whether it's building web applications, managing projects, or leading a development team — I'm ready for the next step in my career.
